LC Issuer. For purposes of this Section 3.02, the term “Lender” includes any LC Issuer.
LC Issuer. For purposes of this Section 15.3, the term “Lender” shall include LC Issuer and the term “Applicable Law” shall include FATCA.
LC Issuer. For purposes of Section 3.4(e) and (f), the term “Lender” includes any LC Issuer and the term “applicable law” includes FATCA.
LC Issuer. Regions in its capacity as the issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, and its successors in such capacity. Agent may, with the consent of Borrower and the Lender in question, appoint any Lender hereunder as an LC Issuer in place of or in addition to Regions.
LC Issuer. Agent, in its capacity as issuer of the Prior Letters of Credit and any other Letters of Credit hereunder; Synovus Bank, in its capacity as issuer of the Prior Letters of Credit and any other Letter of Credit hereunder; and any other Bank that may from time to time be designated as an LC Issuer in accordance with the provisions of §2.1(m).
LC Issuer. The term "LC Issuer" refers to Bank One, NA, as LC Issuer under the Credit Agreement and its successors and assigns.
LC Issuer. Within two (2) Business Days after receipt of a request for issuance of a Facility Letter of Credit in accordance with Section 4.4(a), the LC Issuer shall approve or disapprove, in its reasonable discretion, the form of such requested Facility Letter of Credit, but the issuance of such approved Facility Letter of Credit shall continue to be subject to the provisions of this Article IV. The LC Issuer shall use reasonable efforts to notify Borrower of any changes in the LC Issuer's policies or procedures that could reasonably be expected to affect adversely the LC Issuer's approval of the form of any requested Facility Letters of Credit.
LC Issuer. “Cash Collateral” shall have a meaning correlative to the foregoing and shall include the proceeds of such cash collateral and other credit support.
LC Issuer. The definition of “LC Issuer” in Article I of the Original Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
LC Issuer. The provisions of this Article 10 (other than Section 10.10) shall apply to each LC Issuer mutatis mutandis to the same extent as such provisions apply to the Administrative Agent in connection with Facility LCs issued by it or proposed to be issued by it and the Facility LC Applications and other agreements pertaining to such Facility LCs.
