There is no lawsuit, tax claim or other dispute pending or threatened against any Borrower, which, if lost, would impair the Borrowers' or any Borrower's financial condition or that of any Borrower's business, or would impair any Borrower's ability to repay the loan, except as have been disclosed in writing to the Bank.
