Laws of the United States. This Master Agreement shall not make any laws or regulations governing employment or production of goods and services enacted by the Congress of the United States or by any other legislative or governmental body in the United States or any state thereof applicable to any power or other service provided or used in Canada. This Master Agreement shall not confer or extend the authority or jurisdiction of FERC or any regulatory agency over sales in Canada.
