Laws Governing this Agreement. The laws of the State of North Carolina shall govern this agreement. In the event the parties are unable to resolve any dispute relating to this agreement, all suits, actions, claims and causes of action relating to this agreement shall be brought in the courts of the State of North Carolina.
Laws Governing this Agreement. For the entire term of this Agreement, the City hereby agrees that the City’s Land Development Regulations governing the development of the Property as they exist as of the Effective Date of this Agreement shall govern the development of the Property and the Project during the Term. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City may apply subsequently adopted laws or policies of Citywide applicability to the Property and the Project (particularly as they may relate to quality of life issues such as, but not limited to noise, litter, alcohol use and hours of operation) as permitted or required by the Act, including, without limitation, Section 163.3233(2), Florida Statutes (2020), as same may be amended from time to time; provided, however, that this provision shall not be deemed to apply to regulations governing height, floor area ratio (FAR), density, concurrency, parking requirements or permitted uses.
Laws Governing this Agreement. The terms of the Plan and this Agreement will be interpreted, administered, and enforced according to the laws of the province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. The Promoter or Successor Promoter must be a resident of Canada as per paragraph 146.1(2)(c) of the Income Tax Act. Furthermore, as per subparagraph 146.1(2)(f) of the Income Tax Act, in the event that a trust governed by the plan is terminated, the property held by the trust is required to be used for any purposes described in the definition of the “Trust” as defined in subsection 146.1(1) of the Income Tax Act; additionally subparagraph 146.1(2)(g.2) of the Income Tax Act states the plan does not allow for any contribution into the plan, other than a contribution made by or on behalf of a subscriber under the plan in respect of a beneficiary under the plan or a contribution made by way of transfer from another registered education savings plan. The Promoter is ultimately responsible for the plan in accordance with the Income Tax Act.
Laws Governing this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and all applicable federal laws and regulations.
Laws Governing this Agreement. The laws of the State of Texas shall govern the construction and interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement and venue shall only be appropriate in the County of Xxxxxx, State of Texas.
Laws Governing this Agreement. Except as provided hereinafter, this Agreement shall be subject to and construed by the laws of the province in which the Theatre has its point of origin. If the provisions of any statute applicable to the contract of engagement are in conflict with the contract, then the contract of engagement shall be deemed to be modified so as to comply with the statute. Any Clauses contained herein illegal in Canada, or any province, territory or municipality thereof shall not be binding therein. Any illegality in any Clause or Agreement shall not affect any other Clause or Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unlawful by any tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby, but shall remain severally valid, binding and in full force and effect.
Laws Governing this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

To the extent not expressly prohibited by applicable law, this agreement and your account, as well as our rights and duties and your rights and duties regarding this agreement and your account, will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, to the extent that Ohio law is not inconsistent with controlling federal law.
