Laws Applicable to Construction. The interpretation, performance and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. The parties agree that the forum for resolution of any dispute arising out of, or relating to, the Agreement shall be by arbitration in Multnomah County, Oregon in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Services of Portland, Inc. The prevailing party will be entitled to recover from the other party an amount determined reasonable as attorney fees.
