Law or Laws. All federal, state, county and local governmental and municipal laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, requirements, codes, decrees, orders, and decisions by courts and cases, when the decisions are considered binding precedent in the State, and decisions of federal courts applying the Law of the State; including but not limited to The Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.), and any regulations and guidelines promulgated thereunder, as all of the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.

Law or Laws. “Law or Laws” means all federal, state and local laws (statutory or common), rules, ordinances, regulations, grants, concessions, franchises, licenses, orders, directives, policies, judgments, decrees, and other governmental restrictions, including permits and other similar requirements, whether legislative, municipal, administrative or judicial in nature, including Environmental Laws, which are applicable to the Assets or Operations, regardless of whether or not in existence or enacted or adopted hereafter; provided, however, nothing in this definition is intended to make laws applicable to the parties during periods when the laws are not applicable by their terms or the timing of their enactment.

The term “Law” or “Laws” means (a) any statute, law, code, regulation, ordinance, rule or common law, including Environmental Laws, (b) any binding judgment, (c) any binding judicial or administrative order or decree, (d) any written directive, guideline, policy requirement or other governmental restriction (including those resulting from the initiative or referendum process), or (e) any similar form of decision of or determination by, or any written interpretation or administration of any of the foregoing by, any Governmental Authority, in each case, which is applicable to or has an impact on services being provided under this Agreement, whether taking effect before or after the Execution Date.
