LAW AND JURISDICTION – DISPUTES. (i) The Order and these General Conditions shall be governed by the law applicable to the country of jurisdiction of the Customer. (ii) For MBDA UK and MBDA Italia, any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Order and these General Conditions shall be submitted to the Courts having jurisdiction in the Country of the Customer. (iii) For MBDA France, any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Order and these General Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris. In the event that any provisions of the Order become invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the Parties shall remain bound by the other provisions of the Order.
