Laundry Premium Clause Samples

The Laundry Premium clause establishes an additional payment or fee specifically allocated for laundry services within a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which the premium is charged, such as when laundry services are provided to employees or tenants, and may specify the rate or calculation method for the premium. Its core practical function is to ensure that the costs associated with laundry services are transparently addressed and fairly distributed, preventing disputes over service charges and clarifying financial responsibilities.
