Common use of Late Registration Clause in Contracts

Late Registration. Exhibitors wishing to register for space after the October 16, 2020 deadline must add $25 to the appropriate registration exhibitor’s rate. Registrations and payments must be received by October 16th, 2020 to be included in the convention promotional materials.
