Late Payment Fee. The first time we do not receive a required minimum payment when due, we may charge a Late Payment Fee of the minimum payment due or $29, whichever is less. If over the next six Billing Cycles, the minimum payment is not received when due, we may charge a Late Payment Fee of the minimum payment due or $40, whichever is less.
