Late or Partial Payments. Any payment that delays the reduction of your balance will increase your total interest costs. Partial payments or prepayments will not delay your next scheduled payment - you will still need to make the minimum scheduled payment by the next scheduled due date to keep your account current. We may accept late payments, partial payments, checks or money orders marked "payment in full" and such action shall not constitute final settlement of your account or a waiver or forgiveness of any amounts owing under this Agreement.

Late or Partial Payments. The acceptance by Landlord of any late or partial payment shall not change the due date or amount of required payment & shall not relieve the Resident from the obligation to pay the balance of the rent and any applicable late fees or costs, & shall not negate the Landlord's right to continue legal action after receiving late or partial payment.
Late or Partial Payments. The acceptance by the Holder of any payment that is less than the entire amount then due under this Note shall be on account only and shall not constitute a waiver of the obligation of ONCM to pay such entire amount. The failure of ONCM to pay the entire amount then due under this Note shall be and continue to be an event of default under this Note, notwithstanding the acceptance by the Holder of less than such entire amount on account, and the Holder shall thereafter, until such entire amount is paid (and notwithstanding acceptance by the Holder thereafter of further sums on account or otherwise), be entitled to exercise all rights and remedies provided for in this Note on the occurrence of an event of default under this Note. The acceptance by the Holder of any amount due under this Note after the same is due shall not constitute a waiver of the right to require prompt payment, when due, of all other amounts due under this Note or to declare that an event of default has occurred under this Note with respect to any other amount not paid when due.

  • Partial payments (a) If the Agent receives a payment that is insufficient to discharge all the amounts then due and payable by an Obligor under the Finance Documents, the Agent shall apply that payment towards the obligations of that Obligor under the Finance Documents in the following order:

  • BID; INITIAL PAYMENT The Assuming Institution has submitted to the Receiver a Deposit premium bid of 0 % and an Asset premium (discount) bid of $(22,300,000.00) (the “Bid Amount”). The Deposit premium bid will be applied to the total of all Assumed Deposits except for brokered, CDARS, and any market place or similar subscription services Deposits. On the Payment Date, the Assuming Bank will pay to the Corporation, or the Corporation will pay to the Assuming Bank, as the case may be, the Initial Payment, together with interest on such amount (if the Payment Date is not the day following the day of the Bank Closing Date) from and including the day following the Bank Closing Date to and including the day preceding the Payment Date at the Settlement Interest Rate.

  • Initial Payment Interconnection Customer shall elect (and provide its election to the Transmission Provider within five days of the commencement of negotiation of the GIA pursuant to Section 11.2 of the GIP) to make either 1) an initial payment equal to twenty (20) percent of the total cost of Network Upgrades, Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities, Distribution Upgrades and/or Generator Upgrades (if the In-Service Date is less than or equal to five (5) years of the initial payment date); or 2) an initial payment equal to ten (10) percent of the total cost of Network Upgrades, Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities, Distribution Upgrades and/or Generator Upgrades (if the In-Service Date exceeds the initial payment date by more than five (5) years); or 3) the total cost of Network Upgrades, Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities, Distribution Upgrades and/or Generator Upgrades in the form of security pursuant to Article 11.6. The initial payment shall be provided to Transmission Owner by Interconnection Customer pursuant to this Article 11.5 within the later of a) forty-five (45) Calendar Days of the execution of the GIA by all Parties, or b) forty-five (45) Calendar Days of acceptance by FERC if the GIA is filed unexecuted and the payment is being protested by Interconnection Customer, or c) forty-five (45) Calendar Days of the filing if the GIA is filed unexecuted and the initial payment is not being protested by Interconnection Customer. If the Interconnection Customer made its milestone payments in the form of cash and the Interconnection Customer elects a cash initial payment, then the Transmission Provider shall transfer those funds to the Transmission Owner on the Interconnection Customer’s behalf.

  • Late Payments If any undisputed amount in an invoice of the Transfer Agent (for fees or reimbursable expenses) is not paid when due, the Fund shall pay the Transfer Agent interest thereon (from the due date to the date of payment) at a per annum rate equal to one percent (1.0%) plus the Prime Rate (that is, the base rate on corporate loans posted by large domestic banks) published by The Wall Street Journal (or, in the event such rate is not so published, a reasonably equivalent published rate selected by the Fund) on the first day of publication during the month when such amount was due. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, such interest rate shall be no greater than permitted under applicable provisions of Massachusetts law.
