Common use of Late Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Late Enrollment. If a child enrolls in the program following the start of the 2021-2022 school year, the program fee will be calculated according to the number of days remaining in the school year. Otherwise, the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement shall control.
