Late Call-In Sample Clauses
Late Call-In. Each incident when a bargaining unit member scheduled to work first shift fails to call-in or report off one (1) hour in advance of the member’s scheduled workday, except in the case of an emergency, shall be treated as one (1) occurrence. Each incident when a bargaining unit member scheduled to work second or third shift fails to call in or report off two (2) hours in advance of the scheduled workday, except in the case of an emergency, shall be treated as one (1) occurrence.
