LASTLINE’S OBLIGATIONS. 4.1 In addition to Clause 5 (a) SCC, Lastline shall in the course of providing Services, including with regard to transfers of personal data to a third country, process Customer’s personal data only on behalf of and under the documented Instructions of Customer unless required to do so otherwise by the law applicable to Lastline; in such a case, Lastline shall inform the Customer of that legal requirement before processing, unless that law prohibits such information on important grounds of public interest;
