LAST TRADING DAY. Specification of the last trading day for expiring contracts should be established such that it occurs before publication of the underlying third-party price index or determination of the final settlement price. If the designated contract market chooses to allow trading to occur through the determination of the final settlement price, then the designated contract market should show that futures trading would not distort the final settlement price calculation. The last trading day is the maturity date of the contract, in the case of credit default swaps, or its expiration date, in the case of swaptions, which is set by the counterparties.
LAST TRADING DAY. (a) Subject to subparagraph (c), trading in a Contract Month shall cease at the end of the designated settlement period on the third Business Day prior to the twenty-fifth calendar day of the month preceding the delivery month for such expiring Contract. If the twenty-fifth calendar day of the month is a Non-Business Day, trading shall cease at the end of the designated settlement period on the third Business Day prior to the last Business Day preceding the twenty-fifth calendar day.
LAST TRADING DAY. The term “Last Trading Day” shall mean the last day on which the stock of a Non-Public Peer Group Company (as defined in subparagraph (p)(ii) below) is publicly traded.
LAST TRADING DAY. The Last Trading Day for each Contract Month shall be the tenth (10th) calendar day of the month preceding the Delivery Month in question or, if the tenth (10th) calendar day is not a Trading Day, then the Trading Day immediately preceding that tenth (10th) calendar day.   • Boxing Day (b) If another Federal, Provincial or Municipal holiday should be proclaimed during the term of this Agreement, such additional proclaimed holiday will replace one of the above-named holidays as agreed by the parties.   • Listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the listing of the Public Securities on the Nasdaq Capital Market or another national securities exchange until the earlier of five (5) years from the Effective Date or until the Public Securities are no longer registered under the Exchange Act.

  • Business Day For purposes of these By-Laws, “Business Day” shall mean any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close.

  • Closing Price Closing Price shall mean the last reported market price for one share of Common Stock, regular way, on the New York Stock Exchange (or any successor exchange or stock market on which such last reported market price is reported) on the day in question. If the exchange is closed on the day on which the Closing Price is to be determined or if there were no sales reported on such date, the Closing Price shall be computed as of the last date preceding such date on which the exchange was open and a sale was reported.

  • Next Business Day Whenever any payment or other obligation hereunder shall be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Valuation Time At the close of trading of the regular trading session on the Exchange; provided that if the principal trading session is extended, the Calculation Agent shall determine the Valuation Time in its reasonable discretion.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.
