SIMILARLY, BY VISITING, ACCESSING, REGISTERING WITH OR USING THE SITE OR THE APP YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO THE MOST-RECENT VERSION OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND YOUR CONTINUING VISIT, ACCESS, REGISTRATION WITH OR USE OF THE SITE OR THE APP REAFFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT IN EACH INSTANCE. SUCH MODIFICATIONS WILL BE POSTED ON THIS OR A SIMILAR PAGE OF THE SITE OR THE APP, AS APPLICABLE, EMAILED TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USER ACCOUNT (DEFINED BELOW) OR POSTED TO YOUR USER ACCOUNT (DEFINED BELOW), AND SHALL BE DEEMED EFFECTIVE AS OF THEIR STATED EFFECTIVE OR MODIFICATION DATE. WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW, FOR EXISTING REGISTERED USERS, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH NOTICE OF ANY SUCH CHANGE TO THE SERVICES AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS BEFORE THE AMENDMENT COMES INTO EFFECT, INDICATING THE NEW CLAUSE, OR THE AMENDED CLAUSE AND THE CLAUSE AS IT READ FORMERLY, USING ANY CONTACT INFORMATION WE MAY HAVE AVAILABLE FOR YOU. YOU MAY REFUSE THE CHANGE AND RESCIND, OR CANCEL YOUR SERVICE WITHOUT COST, PENALTY OR CANCELLATION INDEMNITY, BY SENDING US NOTICE TO THAT EFFECT NO LATER THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE CHANGE COMES INTO FORCE, USING THE INFORMATION IN THE NOTICE. BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICES AFTER THOSE CHANGES ARE MADE, YOU ARE EXPRESSING AND ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES.
