Language; Headings. This Agreement has been executed in English, which shall be the binding and controlling language for all matters relating to the meaning or interpretation of this agreement. The Headings shall not limit, alter or affect the meaning of this Agreement.

Language; Headings. The official language of this Agreement is ------------------ the English language and all notices and other written materials pertaining to this Agreement shall be maintained and delivered in the English language. Any translation of this Agreement shall be at Synbiotics' expense and solely for its information or use, and such translation shall not govern the rights of the parties under this Agreement.
