Common use of Landscape Plan Clause in Contracts

Landscape Plan. Prior to issuance by the City of any grading permit for the Phase I Property, Developer shall submit to the City Planner and obtain the City Planner’s written approval of a final landscape plan, which plan shall be consistent with Exhibits J and Q of this Development Agreement, and all Plans referred to in Section 1 herein. The landscape plan shall be coordinated with the grading plan. The landscape plan shall include at a minimum the following: a. Planting of shade tree species that is approved by the City Planner. b. Provision for the full replacement of all diseased or dead plants prior to issuance of each final home occupancy permit. c. Installation of sod between the street curb and front of the as-constructed home on each lot, prior to issuance of each final home occupancy permit. d. Installation of at least one tree (with a minimum of two inches in diameter) within each front yard, prior to the issuance a final home occupancy permit on each lot.
