LANDS BY OWNER. The owner shall provide the lands shown on the drawings upon which the work under the contract is to be performed and to be used for right-of-way for access. Any delay in furnishing these lands by the owner shall be deemed proper cause for adjustment in the time of completion.

LANDS BY OWNER. (i) The Owner will provide the lands upon which the Work is to be performed. Where Work is to be performed on lands owned by others, the Owner, will obtain the necessary easements or rights-of-way.
