Retrieval of elk with a vehicle is permitted if permission is requested and granted by the landowner. The Ranch may terminate a hunter’s access rights under this agreement for failure to abide by these requirements. The hunter may be dismissed from the Ranch immediately on such occurrence. Hunter/Landowner/Department satisfaction data will be acquired after the season through Department surveys of the landowner and public hunters involved with this EHA.
