Landlord’s Options. If Tenant is in default of this Lease, Landlord may, at its option, in addition to such other remedies as may be available under Florida law: (1) terminate this Lease and Tenant's right of possession; or (2) terminate Tenant's right to possession but not the Lease and/or proceed in accordance with any and all provisions of paragraph B below.
