Landlord Waivers/Guarantees/Affiliates. Borrower will provide landlord waivers in a form acceptable to the Bank from the landlords at each of the locations listed on Exhibit B within ten (10) days of Bank’s request for such waiver. Within ten (10) days of a request from Bank, Borrower will deliver a guaranty, in a form substantially similar to those executed by Guarantor, from any of Borrower’s direct affiliates or subsidiaries.
