Common use of Landlord Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Landlord Indemnification. Landlord agrees to indemnify Tenant and hold it harmless from any and all loss, cost, damage, expense and liability (including without limitation court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection with or arising from any Losses, caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord and/or any of Landlord’s Agents. The obligations of Landlord under this Section 9.3 shall survive the termination of this Lease with respect to any claims or liability arising in connection with any event occurring prior to such termination.

Landlord Indemnification. Landlord agrees to indemnify shall indemnify, defend and hold Tenant and hold it Tenant-related parties harmless against and from any and all loss, cost, damage, expense and liability (including without limitation court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection with or Losses arising from any Lossesuse of, caused or any activity done, permitted or suffered by the gross negligence Landlord or willful misconduct of Landlord and/or any of Landlord’s Agentsagents, contractors, invitees or licensees in or about the Premises. The obligations If any action or proceeding is brought against Tenant by reason of any such claim, upon notice from Tenant, Landlord under this Section 9.3 shall survive defend the termination of this Lease with respect to any claims or liability arising in connection with any event occurring prior to such terminationsame at Landlord’s expense by counsel.

Landlord Indemnification. Landlord agrees to will indemnify and save harmless Tenant of and hold it harmless from all fines, suits, claims, demands, and actions of any and all losskind by reason of any breach, costviolation, damage, expense and liability (including without limitation court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection with or arising from non-performance of any Losses, caused by condition hereof on the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord and/or any part of Landlord’s Agents. The obligations of Landlord under this Section 9.3 shall survive the termination of this Lease with respect to any claims indemnify and save harmless Tenant from injuries or liability arising in connection with any event occurring prior to such terminationdamages caused or occasioned by Landlord, its agent, servants or employees.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease, except to the extent caused by or arising from the acts or omissions of Tenant, its agents or employees, Landlord agrees to shall indemnify Tenant and hold it Tenant harmless from any and all against any loss, cost, damageliability, damage and expense and liability (including including, without limitation court costs and limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection with or arising from any Losses, caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord and/or any in and about the Building of Landlord’s Agents. The obligations of Landlord under this Section 9.3 shall survive the termination of this Lease with respect to any claims , its agents or liability arising in connection with any event occurring prior to such terminationemployees.
