Landing Page. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, 4Medapproved shall perform all services necessary to develop the Landing Page of Offerings, which shall reside on the 4Medapproved servers. The parties shall cooperate fully with each other in order to establish and maintain the Landing Page as intended herein.

Landing Page. You must have a landing page (or a website that can function as your landing page) for Google advertising clicks. If your Contract includes the purchase of a landing page as part of your Google Ads program, we will build and host a landing page for you. When the term of this Contract ends, the landing page will be disabled and will no longer function. If we (or a vendor on our behalf) create or supply any artwork, illustrations, photographs, text or other content for your landing page, then we (or the vendor on our behalf) retain ownership of copyrights and all other intellectual property interests in such materials. You may not use any content supplied by us or our vendor for any purpose other than your Landing Page purchased from us.
Landing Page. Intelius will host the Landing Pages which will provide applicable information to Users depending on the Intelius Link clicked by a User. During the Term, Intelius agrees to display the Yahoo! Brand Features set forth on Exhibit C on the Landing Pages above the fold and in such, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and substantially as set forth in the mock-up displayed as Exhibit G. All links from the Intelius Site to Yahoo! shall link directly to Yahoo! Search, as the case may be, without any pop-ups, pop-unders, interstitial pages, or other intervening pages.
Landing Page. The App has its landing page/website: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx which contains important information about the App and account. Investor shall refer to the landing page to learn general information about the work of the App, the receipt and delivery of funds, text of this Agreement, and Related Documents, and other general account information.
