Landfills. Schedule 2.27 lists each landfill owned or operated by Purchaser and accurately describes each such landfill by its city or county and state or province of location, total area (in square meters), permitted area (in square meters), estimated remaining permitted capacity in cubic meters, estimated or mandated closure date, and estimated closure, post-closure and reclamation liability at its projected or mandated closure date (computed at the closure date with and without discount to present value) and any other recorded or unrecorded accruals, contingent or otherwise, or reserves related to landfill liabilities of any type.
Landfills to the best of Vista’s knowledge, there are no landfills or disposal areas on any of the Vista Lands and there are no landfills or disposal areas that have been or are being used by either of Vista or Vista U.S. on the Vista Lands;
Landfills neither of the Pescios has any knowledge that there are any landfills or disposal areas on any of the Xxxxxx Lands or any landfills or disposal areas that have been or are being used by either of the Pescios on the Vista Lands;

Section 4.16 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule lists each Seller Group landfill and accurately describes each such landfill by its city or county and state or province of location, total acreage, permitted acreage, estimated remaining permitted capacity in cubic yards, estimated or mandated closure date, and estimated closure, post-closure and reclamation liability at its projected or mandated closure date (computed at the closure date with and without discount to present value) and any other recorded or unrecorded accruals, contingent or otherwise, or reserves related to landfill liabilities of any type.

Section 4.12 of the Vendor Disclosure Schedule lists each Allied Group Landfill and accurately describes each such landfill by its city and province of location, total acreage, permitted acreage, estimated remaining permitted capacity in tons, estimated or mandated closure date, and estimated closure, post-closure and reclamation liability at its projected or mandated closure date (computed at the closure date with and without discount to present value) and any other recorded or unrecorded accruals, contingent or otherwise, or reserves related to landfill liabilities of any type. Section 4.12 of the Vendor Disclosure Schedule also lists each landfill not owned or operated by an Acquired Subsidiary, but to which any Acquired Subsidiary hauls solid waste.
Landfills. (5) No Acquired Company has at any time on or prior to the Closing treated, stored, disposed of, arranged for or permitted the disposal of, transported, handled, or Released (as defined in CERCLA as of the date hereof) any substance (including, without limitation, any hazardous substance) or owned, occupied, or operated any facility or property, so as to give rise to liabilities of any Acquired Company for response costs, natural resource damages, or attorneys' fees pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, as amended ("CERCLA") or any other Environmental and Safety Requirements, except to the ------ extent in compliance with Environmental and Safety Requirements.
Landfills. Trash shall be hauled to a regulated municipal landfill. Contractor shall only haul trash to landfills meeting all local, state, and federal landfill regulations.
Landfills. (d) Neither Seller nor any of its Affiliates, with respect to the Channel or the Assets, has treated, stored, disposed of, arranged for or permitted the disposal of, transported, handled, or released any substance, including any hazardous substance, or owned or operated any property or facility in a manner that has given or would give rise to liabilities, including any liability for response costs, corrective action costs, personal injury, property damage, or natural resources damages, pursuant to any Environmental Laws.
Landfills. Landfills" means the landfills located at the northern end of the Airfield and within the Golf Course, the approximate locations of which arc shown on Exhibit A- 4 and Exhibit A-5. respectively.
Landfills. No evidence of a landfill was observed or reported on the subject property. There is no evidence of dumping activity on the subject property. The Old Evansville City Dump is located on both sides of Pigeon Creek, west of the INDOT excess parcels. Both surface water and groundwater flow is west and south of the INDOT excess parcels. Any mobile contamination would therefore flow away from the INDOT excess parcels.
