Common use of Land, Improvements and Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Land, Improvements and Personal Property. Project Approvals. All approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, acknowledgments, authorizations, permits and licenses required under applicable Requirements or under the terms of any restriction, covenant or easement affecting the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable, for the ownership, acquisition, construction, equipping, use, occupancy and operation of the Project and the Improvements, whether obtained from a Governmental Authority or any other Person. Project Approvals do not include any specialized permits (or the like) relating to Tenant's activity in or on, or use of, the Project.
