Each such parcel of developed real property included in the Land Contract Property satisfies all of the representations and warranties set forth herein concerning the Real Property.
Land Contracts. 6.15.1 The Land Contracts comprise all of the Property necessary or appropriate in connection with the successful acquisition, development, construction, installation, completion, ownership, operation and maintenance of the Project in accordance with all Laws; provided, however, that Buyer acknowledges that some of the Land Contracts are not binding agreements themselves, but merely letters of intent or similar such documents, and binding agreements for the benefit of Seller with respect to the ownership, leasing, use and/or occupancy of all of the Property do not exist as of Closing.

Land Contracts. With respect to any Land Contract which cannot be transferred to Buyer as contemplated by this Agreement, Xxxxxxx will pursuant to the direction of Buyer take down lots under such contract on behalf of Buyer and immediately transfer them to Buyer at cost.
Land Contracts. (i) All of the Land Contracts shall be in full force and effect. The Company shall have obtained and hold an IRS Form W-9 properly completed and executed by each grantor under each of the respective Land Contracts.
