Labs. This indemnification shall not apply to any entity who is a party to or an affiliate of a party to this Agreement.
Labs. Two (2) hours of science/career and technical labs will count as one and one-half (1.5) credits of faculty load.
Labs. Novagen shall have the exclusive right to establish Labs in Canada and the non-exclusive right to establish Labs outside of Canada. All Labs must be established in accordance with RSi's disclosed practices and policies then in effect. No Lab shall be established without the written approval of RSi, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. Notwithstanding, RSi may withhold approval for the establishment of any Lab outside of Canada that could reasonably be considered to violate or contravene any express or implied term or provision of any then effective and subsisting agreement with any other sales representative of RSi. 4.2
Labs. This lab schedule should be started after the medication is started or after any dosing changes. Labs. Some labs may be performed by Practice while others may require Patient to go to an outside facility. Labs performed by Practice are not included in the MMF and the cost of these will be discussed at time of service. Outside laboratory testing services are likewise not included in the MMF and Patient will be responsible for paying for these draws. Patient may be able to have insurance billed directly for the cost. Medications. Medications will be ordered in the most cost-effective manner possible for Patient. Patient’s membership in the Program does NOT guarantee medications will be prescribed; the provider will do what is medically appropriate for the Patient in determining whether to prescribe medications. Durable Medical Equipment (DME). Practice does not provide DME utilized in a Patient’s treatment, such as slings, boots, and braces. Practice will advise Patient as to what DME is required and how to obtain the DME. The cost of DME is not included in the MMF. Pathology. Pathology examinations of tissue samples collected from procedures are not included in the MMF and will be ordered in an economical manner. Practice has negotiated deeply discounted prices for pathology services and Patient will pay Practice for the outside pathology services at the time the tissue sample is taken. While insurance may cover the cost of pathology, Practice cannot make any prediction as to the out-of-pocket costs that Patient may be required to cover. Accordingly, in the event Patient decides to not opt for the discounted cash pricing and have his or her insurance billed, Patient cannot later decide to be charged the discounted cash price. Further, in the event additional tests are required besides those for which Patient agreed to pay, Practice will contact Patient to collect the costs for the additional tests being performed. Imaging. Outside imaging services, such as Xray’s, MRI, CT Scans and Ultrasounds, are not included in the MMF and will be ordered in an economical manner. Practice has negotiated deeply discounted prices for imaging services with certain imaging facilities. Practice will send the order electronically for the image and Patient will pay the imaging facility directly for these services. Labs. Lab tests may be recommended to Patients based on their individual needs. Everside shall bill, and Client shall pay for the lab testing costs Everside incurs on behalf of Client from its contracted lab vendor. Such costs will be reflected on regular invoicing Client receives in accordance with the Agreement. Client may request de-identified information related to actual lab services ordered if desired. Everside will also include lab testing costs and Medical Review Officer costs on regular invoicing to Client when Everside incurs these costs from the relevant lab vendor and MRO as part of drug testing services.

Xxxx will be going over how to do this~ It is incredibly important that you give all your work a proper title/header. This is to teach you how to keep your work organized. This is also helps Xx. Xxxx find and grade your projects efficiently and effectively. We all need to work together and every little bit of help counts. Things to consider: When an assignment is due, it would be in your best interest to hand it in on time. There is very little Xx. Xxxx can do if your assignment is late and you HAVE NOT communicated with him that you need more time. Xx. Xxxx typically answers emails/google voice texts between 8AM- 4PM. Email is preferred. Xx. Xxxx will be teaching 7th/8th grade at the same time. Please allow at least a week after the due date for your assignment to be graded. Homework will be graded for completion and reviewed. It is your responsibility to make corrections. Notebook checks will need to be typed and sent to Xx. Xxxx. Please follow the format above when you are creating a header/title for your notebook check. I value effort. Please always try your best and you will be just fine. Extra Credit: I rarely provide extra credit opportunities. No assignment will “save your grade”. If you are consistently trying your best then you will have nothing to worry about.
Labs. All students must sign the lab safety contract in order to participate in the activity. Any student in violation of the lab safety contract or regulations will be forbidden from participating in future labs, as per school policy. When conducting a lab, it is not enough to state the result of your experiment. You must support your summary with data and provide careful explanation of your findings. Graphing, essay writing, and reflection are required for all labs. Laboratory reports and essay summaries are going to be a challenge initially, but you will get better at it so don’t worry! In the event that a lab takes place over several days, you will need to have the first day’s work done in order to participate in the second day. Failure to do so will result in an independent assignment so that your lab group can proceed without you.
