Common use of Labour Matters Clause in Contracts

Labour Matters. No material work stoppage, strike, lock-out, labour disruption, dispute grievance, arbitration, proceeding or other conflict with the employees of the Corporation or the Subsidiaries currently exists or, to the knowledge of the Corporation, is imminent or pending and the Corporation and the Subsidiaries are in material compliance with all provisions of all federal, national, regional, provincial and local laws and regulations respecting employment and employment practices, terms and conditions of employment and wages and hours.

Labour Matters. No material work stoppage, strike, lock-out, labour disruption, dispute dispute, grievance, arbitration, proceeding or other conflict with the employees of the Corporation or the Subsidiaries currently exists or, to the knowledge of the Corporation, is imminent or pending and the Corporation and the Subsidiaries are in material compliance with all provisions of all federal, national, regional, provincial and local laws and regulations Applicable Law respecting employment and employment practices, terms and conditions of employment and wages and hours.

No material work stoppage, strike, lock-out, labour disruption, dispute grievance, arbitration, proceeding or other conflict with the employees of the Corporation or the Subsidiaries Subsidiary currently exists or, to the knowledge of the Corporation, is imminent or pending and the Corporation and the Subsidiaries its Subsidiary are in material compliance with all provisions of all federal, national, regional, provincial and local laws and regulations respecting employment and employment practices, terms and conditions of employment and wages and hours.

No material work stoppage, strike, lock-out, labour disruption, dispute grievance, arbitration, proceeding or other conflict with the employees of the Corporation Company or the Subsidiaries currently exists or, to the knowledge of the CorporationCompany, is imminent or pending and the Corporation Company and the its Subsidiaries are in material compliance with all provisions of all federal, national, regional, provincial and local laws and regulations respecting employment and employment practices, terms and conditions of employment and wages and hours.

No material work stoppage, strike, lock-out, labour labor disruption, dispute grievance, arbitration, proceeding or other conflict with the employees of the Corporation or the Significant Subsidiaries currently exists or, to the knowledge of the Corporation, is imminent or pending and the Corporation and the its Significant Subsidiaries are in material compliance with all provisions of all federal, national, regional, provincial and local laws and regulations respecting employment and employment practices, terms and conditions of employment and wages and hours.
