Common use of Labour Management Committee Clause in Contracts

Labour Management Committee. (a) There shall be established a Labour/Management Committee composed of two (2) Union representatives and two (2) Employer representatives. The Parties may mutually agree to increase the size of the Committee up to a maximum of four (4) Union representatives and four (4) Employer representatives. This Committee may call upon additional persons for technical information or advice. The Committee may establish subcommittees or "ad-hoc" committees as it deems necessary and shall set guidelines and operating procedures for such Committees.

The Committee may establish subcommittees or "ad-hoc" committees committees, as it deems necessary and shall set guidelines and operating procedures for such Committees.

Employees designated as union representatives shall not suffer any loss of four (4) Union representatives and four (4) Employer representatives. This Committee may call upon additional persons basic pay for technical information or advicetime spent on this committee. The Committee staff representative may establish subcommittees or "ad-hoc" committees as it deems necessary and shall set guidelines and operating procedures for such Committeesalso attend.
