Laboratory Accreditation. E.7.1 All laboratories used to perform urine testing pursuant to this Agreement will have to shall be accredited by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). Any laboratory which has been previously approved by the parties to this Agreement to perform testing may continue to be used for testing only if they: a) either currently have NIDA accreditation; or b) apply for and receive NIDA accreditation by April 1, 1989.
