LABOR POLICY. A. The Employer, the Union and the Shop Stewards will endeavor to hold periodic Labor Management Committee meetings to discuss the implementation and application of this Agreement of any appropriate matters relating thereto. (These meetings may be suspended monthly by mutual agreement or replaced by Step Three (III) Grievance meetings.)

  • Employer Policies Employees shall be governed by written policies adopted by the Employer as publicized on bulletin boards, or by general distribution, provided such policies are not in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Workers' Compensation Leave A. When an injury is determined to be job related in accordance with Article XII, a regular, limited-term or probationary employee shall be placed on Workers'

  • Workers’ Compensation Coverage Consultant certifies that Consultant has qualified for workers’ compensation as required by the State of Oregon. Consultant shall provide the Owner, within ten (10) days after execution of this Agreement, a certificate of insurance evidencing coverage of all subject workers under Oregon’s workers’ compensation statutes. The insurance certificate and policy shall indicate that the policy shall not be terminated by the insurance carrier without thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to City. All agents or Consultants of Consultant shall maintain such insurance.

  • Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Coverage The insurer shall agree to waive all rights of subrogation against the City, its directors, officials, officers, employees, agents and volunteers for losses paid under the terms of the insurance policy which arise from work performed by the Consultant.

  • Workers’ Compensation/Employer’s Liability Insurance The minimum limits of Workers’ Compensation/Employer’s Liability insurance are: Part One: Part Two: “Statutory” Each Accident $1,000,000 Disease – Policy Limit $1,000,000 Disease – Each Employee $1,000,000

  • Unfair Labor Practices The Grantee shall comply with the Employers Engaging in Unfair Labor Practices Act, 1980 PA 278, as amended, MCL 423.321 et seq.

  • Workers’ Compensation/Employer’s Liability The Contractor shall have, maintain, and provide proof of Workers’ Compensation insurance.

  • WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.

  • INSURANCE PROTECTION Insurance protection for employees travelling on work related business is provided in accordance with the DHB’s insurance policy. The provisions of the insurance policy are available through the Human Resources department.

  • Workers’ Compensation The Subrecipient shall provide Workers’ Compensation Insurance coverage for all of its employees involved in the performance of this Agreement.
