Common use of Labor Management Conferences Clause in Contracts

Labor Management Conferences. The Union and the Sheriff mutually agree that in the interest of efficient management and harmonious employee relations, it is desirable that meetings be held between Union representatives and responsible administrative representatives of the Sheriff. Such meetings may be requested at least seven (7) days in advance by either party by placing in writing a request to the other for a labor-management conference and expressly providing the agenda for such meeting.
