LABOR DISPUTES DURING AREA CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS. ‌ The Unions agree that there will be no strikes, work stoppages, sympathy actions, picketing, slowdowns or other disruptive activity or other violations of Article 7 affecting the Program Work by any Local Union involved in the renegotiation of Area Local Collective Bargaining Agreements nor shall there be any lock-out on such Program Work affecting a Local Union during the course of such renegotiations.

The Unions reserve all of their collective bargaining rights with respect to the negotiation of successor collective bargaining agreements.

  • Contract Negotiations Where operational requirements permit, and on reasonable notice, the Employer shall grant special leave with pay for not more than two (2) representatives of each bargaining unit for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings with the Employer on behalf of the Union. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Contract Disputes The Parties shall deal in good faith and attempt to resolve potential disputes informally. If the dispute concerning a question of fact arising under the terms of this Contract is not disposed of in a reasonable period of time by the Contractor’s Supervisor and the County‘s project manager as specified in Article 25. Notices by way of the following process, such matter shall be brought to the attention of the County DPA by way of the following process:
