Labor Difficulties. Seller is not engaged in any unfair labor practice or in violation of any applicable laws respecting employment, employment practices or terms and conditions of employment. There is no unfair labor practice complaint against Seller pending or threatened before any Governmental Entity. There is no strike, labor dispute, slowdown, or stoppage pending or threatened against Seller. Seller is not now nor has it ever been subject to any union organizing activities or collective bargaining activities. Seller has not experienced any work stoppage or other labor difficulty.
