Know Your Customer Requirements. The Facility Agent shall have received documentation, and other evidence as is reasonably requested by the Facility Agent in order for each of the Lenders to carry out and be satisfied with the results of all necessary “know your client” or other checks which is required to carry out in relation to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the Notes and the Security Documents, including but not limited to:
