Know Your Customer Information. The Administrative Agent and each requesting Lender shall have received, at least three Business Days prior to the date on which the conditions of this Section 5.3 are satisfied, all documentation and other information about such Additional Borrower as has been reasonably requested in writing at least 10 Business Days prior to the date on which the conditions of this Section 5.3 are satisfied by the Administrative Agent as the Administrative Agent and the Lenders reasonably determine is required by regulatory authorities under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act, and if such Additional Borrower qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, at least three Business Days prior to the to the date on which the conditions of this Section 5.3 are satisfied, any Lender that has requested at least 10 Business Days prior to such date a Beneficial Ownership Certification in relation to such Additional Borrower shall have received such Beneficial Ownership Certification.
