Common use of Know-How License Clause in Contracts

Know-How License. COH hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive royalty-bearing right and license to use and make derivative works of the Know-How to make, have made, use, have used, offer for sale, sell, import, export, and otherwise dispose of, develop, commercialize, and exploit in any manner Licensed Products or perform Licensed Services, in the Field, in the Territory.
