King County’s Obligation Clause Samples

King County’s Obligation. All maintenance and repair to the Premises directly associated with and due to the operation, maintenance and/or repair and replacement of the transit rectifier station or any portion thereof shall be the responsibility and sole expense of King County. Such maintenance and repair shall be subject to the prior written approval of City Light, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. King County shall maintain all equipment and associated improvements within the Premises required for its use as a rectifier station.
