  • Limits of Insurance A. CLIENT shall provide evidence of General Liability insurance or Tenants Liability Insurance (TULIP at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/ ) of an amount of not less than $1 million per occurrence. If the use of facilities includes physical activities, such as sports camps, the General Liability limit shall be $2 million per occurrence with no athletics activities exclusion.

  • Policies of Insurance At City’s request, the Artist shall provide City with the actual policies providing the coverage required above.

  • Certificates of Insurance Prior to commencing under this Contract, Supplier must furnish to Sourcewell a certificate of insurance, as evidence of the insurance required under this Contract. Prior to expiration of the policy(ies), renewal certificates must be mailed to Sourcewell, 000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X.X.
