Kilometres. If the opportunity is outside forty (40) kilometres of the location at which the person was assigned, the person will be allowed refusals without forfeiting his/her recall under this Article until or if, an opportunity, if any, within forty (40) kilometres is offered or until the recall rights have expired, whichever comes first.
