Keys to Premises. Tenant shall be provided one key and/or fob for each of its employees (now or hereafter employed) for use at the Premises. Landlord shall have the right to charge a reasonable fee for replacement of any lost key or fob.
Keys to Premises. Owner has or will provide User with _______ sets of keys to the facilities. User will not, and will cause all other persons not to, duplicate any such keys. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, User shall return all sets of keys to Owner. In the event of a breach of any term of this Section, User shall pay all costs and expenses associated with the re-keying of all locks at the facilities and premises, and the replacement of all sets of keys related thereto.
Keys to Premises. Lessee shall be issued one key for entry into Lessor's ---------------- building. Should Lessee enter Lessor's property other than normal business hours as set forth in Exhibit C, Rules and Regulations, it will be Lessee's responsibility to lock the doors upon leaving the building. Lessee will be issued on key for Lessee's Premises. All keys issued to Lessee shall be returned to Lessor upon termination of Sublease. There will be a $15.00 charge for each additional key requested. Lost, stolen or nonreturned keys will be assessed a $50.00 replacement fee.
Keys to Premises. LESSOR shall provide to LESSEE, free of charge, two keys for each corridor door entering the leased premises. Additional keys may be obtained by LESSEE from LESSOR at a nominal charge. In the event LESSEE changes the location of locks or installs new locks, XXXXXX agrees to provide XXXXXX free of charge, two keys for each lock changed on the leased premises.
Keys to Premises. In the event that any keys are provided to the hirer, they must be appropriately secured at all times. In the event that keys are stolen, lost or misplaced, the hirer will be responsible for the payment of replacement keys.

Contractor shall receive and safeguard five (5) sets of 2 keys to the Premises for use solely by Contractor and its administrative staff, and shall not be 3 allowed to duplicate any assigned key without first obtaining the express written authorization of 4 the City’s Representative. Contractor shall advise the City in writing of the names and titles of 5 Contractor’s staff to whom the keys are issued.

Borrower shall deliver to Lender or Lender’s designee, a key code inventory and all keys to the Real Estate or, with Lender’s permission, a letter executed by Borrower and the Borrower’s managing agents addressed to the person(s) or entities possessing the keys directing such persons or entities to deliver the keys to Lender or Lender’s designated representative.
Keys to Premises. Tenant shall supply Landlord with a key to the Premises to be used only by Landlord and the building superintendent in case of an emergency. Landlord will supply Tenant with a key to the common area bathrooms.

Company shall deliver to Lender or Lender’s designee, a key code inventory and all keys to the Real Estate or, with Lender’s permission, a letter executed by Company and the Company’s managing agents addressed to the person(s) or entities possessing the keys directing such persons or entities to deliver the keys to Lender or Lender’s designated representative.
Keys to Premises. Lessor shall provide to Lessee one complete set of keys to the Premises by placing one key in each lock located within the interior of the Premises (including cubicle and file cabinet keys) and by providing a key ring containing keys to the first and second floor front doors, the first floor back door, the exterior electrical room, the two interior back doors on both the first and second floors, and two mail boxes. Upon conclusion of the lease term, Lessee shall return all keys to Lessor in the same fashion.
