Keys to Premises. Tenant shall be provided one key and/or fob for each of its employees (now or hereafter employed) for use at the Premises. Landlord shall have the right to charge a reasonable fee for replacement of any lost key or fob.

Keys to Premises. Owner has or will provide User with _______ sets of keys to the facilities. User will not, and will cause all other persons not to, duplicate any such keys. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, User shall return all sets of keys to Owner. In the event of a breach of any term of this Section, User shall pay all costs and expenses associated with the re-keying of all locks at the facilities and premises, and the replacement of all sets of keys related thereto.
