Keys and Access Cards a. You will be issued a key to your room upon check in, and you may also be issued a building key, access card, and/or a bathroom key.
Keys and Access Cards. All Licensees are issued a key and Access Card to the hall/building to which they are assigned at the time they check into their assigned hall/building. Each Licensee is responsible for his or her own key and Access Card, and under no circumstances are they to be duplicated or loaned to another individual. The lock core is changed whenever a key is lost or stolen. The charge for a room lock change is $75.00. The cost for a replacement Access Card is $10.00.
Keys and Access Cards. The Resident agrees not to loan and/or duplicate keys (if applicable) and/or access cards. All lost/stolen keys or access cards must be reported immediately. Xxxx must be returned and access cards will be deactivated when occupancy ends. If a key is not returned, the lock will be changed immediately during business hours and a fee will be assessed to the Resident. Once the lock has been changed, the fee becomes non-refundable even if the key is located and returned to Student Housing.

Keys and Access Cards. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, TENANT will vacate the Premises and return all keys and/or access cards to the Premises and/or Building to A&M SYSTEM. TENANT will be responsible for any costs incurred by A&M SYSTEM as a result of TENANT’s failure to return keys and/or access cards.
Keys and Access Cards. Contractor will be furnished, or given access to, keys and access cards to the Service Areas and will be held responsible for their use and misuse. All keys and access cards remain the property of University. Contractor will be liable for the cost of any replacement keys and access cards, and for the cost of any re-keying or re-programming of locks necessitated by loss of keys and access cards. University keys and access cards will not be taken out of the Service Areas [Option: except for keys and access cards necessary for Contractor's Supervisory Staff to access the Space (ref. Section 19)].

Keys and Access Cards. A. All Student Housing keys and access cards remain the property of CBC and must not be duplicated, loaned, sold, borrowed, transferred or left unattended. The resident will be assessed a $100.00 fee per incident of lost keys to cover the cost of reissuance and core replacement, and $25.00 per incident of lost access card. This fee will also be assessed for keys and access cards that are not returned upon move-out or contract termination, whichever is earlier.

(a) On or before or promptly following the Commencement Date the Landlord will furnish to the Tenant, free of charge, two keys per lock on the exterior door or doors of the Premises and, if applicable, or after installation of a security access card system for the Building, access cards assigned on a square foot basis.
