Key Personnel Continuity Sample Clauses
The Key Personnel Continuity clause ensures that specific individuals identified as essential to a project or contract remain assigned to their roles throughout the duration of the agreement. Typically, this clause requires the party providing services to notify the other party in advance if any key personnel need to be replaced, and may require approval of replacements to maintain project quality and consistency. Its core function is to provide stability and continuity in project execution by minimizing disruptions that could arise from unexpected changes in critical team members.
