KEY MANAGERIAL PERSONNEL. 14.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Board shall have the right to appoint the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and all other key managerial personnel of the Company. The appointment of the CEO/Managing Director(“MD”) of the Company shall be for a minimum period of three years (unless terminated by the Company for gross misconduct or dereliction of duties) and the same shall be discussed and agreed upon at the meeting of the Board of the Directors to be held within Thirty (30) days of the Closing.

KEY MANAGERIAL PERSONNEL. 136. Subject to the provisions of the Act, the Board may appoint key managerial personnel (KMP) for such term, at such remuneration and upon such conditions as it may think fit. Such person so appointed may also be removed by means of a resolution of the Board. The Board may appoint one or more chief executive officers for its multiple businesses. 137.   • Supervisor A. Within ten (10) business days from the occurrence of the matter on which a complaint is based, or within ten (10) business days from his/her knowledge of such occurrence, an employee shall file a formal written grievance. Three copies of the departmental grievance form shall be completed by the employee stating the nature of the grievance and the remedy requested from his/her departmental Management. The employee shall submit two copies to his/her immediate supervisor and retain the third copy.
