Key Dates. As part of the Business Take On process set forth in this Section 1, CPA Global will provide Customer with a Service Guide setting forth the key dates related to the Services, including the Renewal Notice Date, Last Date for Abandonment and Invoice Date. • Renewal Notice Date. CPA Global will send Customer only one Renewal Notice approximately 3 months prior to the Renewal Notice Cycle due period (e.g. monthly or quarterly) indicated on the front page of the Agreement.
