Key Card. It is the sole responsibility of the Member to ensure their Association provided key card is activated to allow access to the Clubhouse. A Member’s key card will be activated prior to the eventBeginning Time” and remain active one (1) hour past event “Ending Time” to allow for cleanup. Event setup time should be included in the “Beginning Time” of rental agreement.

Key Card. If an electronic key card is provided you must return this card the first business day immediately following your rental or be subject to a replacement charge of $100.
Key Card. The key card is to be used by the Prudential Plaza tenant ONLY and must be swiped each and every time member enters the Fitness Center. • Members agree to not allow any other individual, including family members, access to the Fitness Center through the use of their assigned key card. • Any Prudential Plaza tenant who allows any other individual access to the Fitness Center, other than themselves, will automatically be terminated from use of the Fitness Center, without notice. • If the key card is lost, a replacement fee will be charged for a new key card and a separate $5.00 fee will be due to activate the new card’s access to the Fitness Center.
Key Card. Non-residents using the facility shall use a coded lockbox for the time of their event. The Keycard must be returned to the lockbox after the event, or a $50.00 fee will be charged.

At the present time, you may use your card to: - Make deposits to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings and checking accounts. - Make point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at POS terminals that carry Instant Cash, and Cirrus® network logo(s). - Access your Overdraft Protection account. The following limitations on ATM Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - There is no limit on the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. - For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. - You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. Because of the servicing schedule and processing time required in ATM operations, there may be a delay between the time a deposit (either cash or check) is made and when it will be available for withdrawal.

  • Debit Card If approved, you may use your card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. However, you may not use your card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your Savings and Checking account. For one-time debit card transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges. For other types of transactions, if the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union may pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts or approved overdraft protection accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union. The following limitations on Debit Card transactions may apply:  There is no limit on the number of Debit Card purchases you make per day.  Purchase amounts are limited to the amount in your account.  You may purchase up to a maximum of $3,500.00 per day.  You may withdraw up to a maximum of $600.00 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, which also includes any point-of-sale (POS) transactions (PIN based), if there are sufficient funds in your account.  You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer.  See “transfer limitations” that may apply to these transactions. Audio Response. If we approve Audio Response for your accounts, a separate personal identification number (PIN) will be assigned to you. You must use your personal identification number (PIN) along with your account number to access your accounts. At the present time, you may use Audio Response to:  Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts.  Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts.  Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, money market, and certificate accounts.  Make loan payments from your savings and checking accounts.  Determine if a particular item has cleared.  Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Audio Response via a touch-tone telephone only. Audio Response service will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. The following limitations on Audio Response transactions may apply:  There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day.  See “transfer limitations” that may apply to these transactions. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. The Credit Union may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. The Credit Union may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each telephone call.

  • Visa Debit Card You may use your card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. As of 09/01/2017, the Credit Union no longer offers an overdraft ability for one-time debit card transactions. For other types of transactions, if the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union may pay the amount with a fee as disclosed in our Rate Schedule or treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts or an approved overdraft line of credit that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any fees charged to the Credit Union. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your card and personal identification number (PIN) in ATMs of the Credit Union, networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your Visa Debit Card to: − Make deposits to your share (savings) and share draft (checking) accounts; − Withdraw funds from your share (savings) and share draft (checking) accounts; − Transfer funds from your share (savings) and share draft (checking) accounts; − Obtain balance information for your share (savings) and share draft (checking) accounts; − Make point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa; − Order goods or services by means of the internet, mail or telephone from places that accept Visa; and − Receive cash back at merchants (if the merchant policy permits). The following limitations on Visa Debit Card transactions apply: − Based on the type of account you have with the Credit Union, there may be limits on frequency and amounts of transactions available at ATM and POS locations; − Due to the nature of the “ATM” system, there may be delays between the time of any activity on your account(s) and the time it is reflected in our records of your account(s); − You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, if there are sufficient funds in your account (Lower limits of $100.00 apply to the Bridge Share Draft (checking) Account); − You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer; − You may purchase up to $2,000.00 per day at point-of-sale (POS) locations (Lower limits of $1,000.00 apply to the Bridge Share Draft (checking) Account); and − See the Credit Union’s Funds Availability Policy and Disclosures for limitations that may apply to these transactions.

  • PROCUREMENT CARD The State has entered into an agreement for purchasing card services. The Purchasing Card enables Authorized Users to make authorized purchases directly from a Contractor without processing Purchase Orders or Purchase Authorizations. Purchasing Cards are issued to selected employees authorized to purchase for the Authorized User and having direct contact with Contractors. Cardholders can make purchases directly from any Contractor that accepts the Purchasing Card. The Contractor shall not process a transaction for payment through the credit card clearinghouse until the purchased Products have been shipped or services performed. Unless the cardholder requests correction or replacement of a defective or faulty Product in accordance with other Contract requirements, the Contractor shall immediately credit a cardholder’s account for Products returned as defective or faulty.

  • The Card 2.1 The Card is and will be, at all times, the property of the Bank and must be surrendered to the Bank immediately upon request by the Bank or its duly authorized agent.

  • Using Your Card You understand that the use of your credit card or credit card account will constitute acknowledgement of receipt and agreement to the terms of the Credit Card Agreement and Credit Card Account Opening Disclosure (Disclosure). You may use your card to make purchases from merchants and others who accept your card. The credit union is not responsible for the refusal of any merchant or financial institution to honor your card. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. In addition, you may obtain cash advances from the Credit Union, from other financial institutions that accept your card, and from some automated teller machines (ATMs). (Not all ATMs accept your card.) If the credit union authorizes ATM transactions with your card, it will issue you a personal identification number (PIN). To obtain cash advances from an ATM, you must use the PIN issued to you for use with your card. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Even if you use your card for an illegal transaction, you will be responsible for all amounts and charges incurred in connection with the transaction. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, you may also use your card to purchase instruments and engage in transactions that we consider the equivalent of cash. Such transactions will be posted to your account as cash advances and include, but are not limited to, wire transfers, money orders, bets, lottery tickets, and casino gaming chips, as applicable. This paragraph shall not be interpreted as permitting or authorizing any transaction that is illegal.

  • Provider Network The Panel of health service Providers with which the Contractor contracts for the provision of covered services to Members and Out-of-network Providers administering services to Members.

  • Credit Card If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be prompted to provide your credit card information and will be presented with a screen that reflects the amount of your subscription, the amount of fees that would be charged by the credit card issuer for the transaction and the total amount payable.

  • Identification Cards Identification (“ID”) cards are issued by Us for identification purposes only. Possession of any ID card confers no right to services or benefits under this Contract. To be entitled to such services or benefits, Your Premiums must be paid in full at the time that the services are sought to be received.

  • Visa Check Card If approved, you may use your Visa® card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. However, you may not use your card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. However, provisions of this Agreement relating only to Visa debit transactions, such as additional limits on your liability and streamlined error resolution procedures, do not apply to transactions processed through non-Visa networks. To initiate a Visa debit transaction, you may sign a receipt, provide a card number, or swipe or insert your card at a point-of-sale (POS) terminal and choose to route the transaction over a Visa network. At the present time, you may also use your card to: - Make deposits to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings and checking accounts. - Make point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. - Order goods or services by mail or telephone from places that accept Visa. The following limitations on Visa Check Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of Visa Check Card purchases you make per day. - Purchase amounts are limited to the amount in your account. - You may purchase up to a maximum of $2,000.00 per day. - There is no limit to the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day from an ATM machine. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - There is no limit on the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. - You may purchase up to a maximum of $2,000.00 from POS terminals per day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. - You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.
