Juvenile Probation Services. Juvenile probation services means services provided to juvenile offenders under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court by or under the authority of the Grantee and provided by the juvenile probation department or other entity, including services contracted with third-party service providers, in response to a policy or directive instituted by the governing juvenile board or an order issued by a juvenile court and under the court's direction, including:
