Common use of Justice Clause in Contracts

Justice. In any location where there are two (2) or more permanently assigned bargaining unit employees, such employees will be entitled to have one (1) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ per fifty (50) such employees or portion thereof. The Agency will make an effort to arrange investigatory meetings so that a worksite ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is available to attend. If no ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is available for employee representation at the employee’s worksite, the employee will select a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ from the next closest worksite (as determined by road miles). At the employee’s request, the Agency will provide the employee a list of all Stewards at the next closest worksite. A ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may also not be considered “available” if the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or employee reasonably determines that a conflict of interest between the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and employees exists, which would interfere with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ capacity to act in the best interests of the employee.
