Jurisdiction; Governing Law For all matters relating to the interpretation and fulfillment of this Agreement, the parties hereto expressly and irrevocably submit to the applicable laws of Mexico, and to the jurisdiction of the competent courts sitting in Mexico, Federal District, Mexico, with respect to any action or proceeding arising out of or relating hereto, and the parties hereby expressly and irrevocably waive all rights to any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled to by reason of their present or future domiciles, or by any other reason.
Jurisdiction of the Arbitrator The arbitrator shall have no power to alter, add to, subtract from the terms of this Agreement. The arbitrator's decision will be based upon the specific provisions of this Agreement. This arbitration provision shall be for grievances only.
Jurisdiction and Choice of Law This Agreement shall be construed according to English law and any disputes arising under it shall, subject to the provisions of clause 19 above, be determined in the English Courts.
Jurisdictional Disputes 17.01 A xxxx-up meeting will be held with each Contractor not later than the commencement of the Contractor's work on all projects and no assignments shall be made before this xxxx- up. Xxxx-up assignments shall also apply to all sub-contractors. WORK JURISDICTION Par. 1. Jurisdiction of Law The laws of the State of Minnesota shall govern the validity, construction and effect of this contract, unless said laws are superseded by, or in conflict with applicable federal laws and/or federal regulations. This contract will be binding upon the parties, their heirs, beneficiaries, and devisees of the parties hereto. The parties agree that Hennepin County, Minnesota is the appropriate forum for any action relating to this contract. This contract may be signed in counterparts.
